Pathetic worst experience by staying in this hotel!!! rude staff and arrogant unresponsive manager, dirty rooms and dirty dining areas , smells bad everywhere, not clean not maintained at all ... dont waste money here ... its sluggish hotel .. Reality is diff than photos they show ... Manager Choudhary is ridiculaous ... see some real bad photos of this hotel are added ...

Hey guys! I am back with my another review without wasting more time let me jump straight to my culinary experience in khan restaurant in Matheran. Food quality : Average Food taste. : Average Value for money : 2 out 10 Well good quality is average not so good I can say as we ordered chicken tandoori,sahi chicken kabab, chicken crispy and roti. Well coming towards tandoori chicken it was horrible it was so hard and rubbery to chew meat and it was seems as it was fried in oil rather than tandoor. Kabab was good but chicken crispy again horrible and roti as well as it was tasting little bit bitter in taste as dough was kept for more than hours and hours . Well final conclusion food is not worth as what they charge for and place ambience is also not so good. Guys upto u if u want to go or not in this there are many good restaurants in Matheran apart from this like Alaankar hotel is famous for chicken Angara must try dish and chicken crispy as well also their are other dish too can try & just bang opposite to Alaankar Suleiman biryani house is also famous for biryani best biryani in Matheran I can say and if u looking for wine and dine then diwardkar is good place.

We 4 family members visited Matheran on 28 Apr. I booked room in khan hotel on line. Room was nice with large open place in front. Hot water available through solar heater. Hot water is not provided in bathroom. Charges are very less.

Hotel Manager Mr. Noman is very kind & helpful person. I was there for 2 nights 3 days and we enjoyed a lot.. hotel is really good. Budget hotel and food is also too good. Even hotel is very safe.....

Bang opposite the Matheran station, You don't have to keep wandering for a Hotel. Bit pricey as compare to different options around. Food is average, nothing so great about It. Rooms are Fine, make sure You get them clean If u Feel they ain't. Have Funn.
